Plasma MEF 7-140 - MEF Technology

The plasma is generated in the MEF technology through an electrically inhibited discharge and is blown onto the surface as a concentrated beam using compressed air. Whether a single nozzle for precise pre-treatment, multiple nozzles for broader applications, or several plasma modules for large substrates - this technology can cater to every customer application. To create specific functional groups on the polymer surface, different process gases can be used. Power: 200 W per nozzle Channels: 1-2 Process gas: Air, Oxygen, Argon, Nitrogen Potential-free: nearly Transformer: internal & external EDC technology: integrated NDC2 technology: integrable
