Lifting beam for aircraft turbine maintenance

Lifting traverse for the maintenance of aircraft turbines, burned, welded, blasted, primed RAL 5017, and mechanically processed. Centering pins 25.4mm (1") shrunk onto flange connections using a hot air gun in a material-friendly manner. After the load test (crane test) with a test weight of 60 tons for later use on components up to 30 tons, the structure is pre-assembled and wired with limit switches, cylinders, etc.
