These natural waxed wicks on a 35 mm high base are coated with beeswax. They are perfectly suited for making tealight candles with a maximum diameter of 45 mm using vegetable wax. This type of waxed wick is suitable only for vegetable waxes. To use a coated wick on a base, pour 2 mm of liquid wax into your container and immediately add your coated wick to the bottom to hold it in place. Once your wick is securely set in the wax, fill your container while leaving 7 mm of wick above the surface.
