Adjustable bimetal temperature controller with snap-action contact. As temperatures rise, the switch opens its contact upon reaching the set temperature and automatically closes the circuit again after cooling down. The temperature controller can be directly screwed onto the heating surface to be monitored, allowing for quick responses to temperature changes. The temperature controller is used to regulate or monitor a freely selectable temperature within a specified temperature range. Typical applications include deep fryers, mini ovens, waffle irons, kettles, baby food warmers, contact grills, etc., and anywhere temperature of a surface or ambient temperature needs to be monitored or regulated.
