The torsional welding process developed and patented by Telsonic is an extremely gentle method of energy input that significantly reduces unwanted vibration transfer to the welding object. This makes it possible, for example, to weld sensitive products such as sensors with care. The highly stable, modularly expandable Telsonic press design, combined with the Telso®Flex control system, guarantees maximum process control. Various welding modes and trigger types enable optimal welding of joining parts. Welding results are monitored within quality windows and automatically evaluated both graphically and statistically.
