CEMRAIL - Railway Wagon Unloading

For the quick and dust-free emptying of railway wagons with product transfer to a collection bunker, including a dust extraction filter, we offer systems from our CEMRAIL series. When bulk goods are delivered in railway wagons without a compressor, the product is emptied into a collection bunker and conveyed to storage or working silos using pneumatic conveying systems. This technology has been developed by us and tested in numerous projects. We have standard systems with capacities of up to 50 t/h per discharge outlet. In case of need, we also supply custom systems. Bulk goods are usually delivered in railway wagons in pressureless containers. The emptying of the railway wagons is done by gravity through the opening of 2 manually operated shut-off valves, which are mounted on the relatively flat discharge cone of the wagons.
