Semi-automatic aluminum-plastic screw capper

The semi-automatic capper model 'TSP' is suitable for applying aluminum (or plastic) screw caps on glass bottles. This semi-automatic machine is made of stainless steel, featuring pneumatic bottle lifting. Caps are manually distributed onto the bottle, while the operating cycle is activated by 2 buttons on the side of the machine. Electric operation with relay and CE-compliant safety protections. Once the cap is threaded and sealed, the plate automatically descends to allow for the removal of the capped bottle and the placement of another one to be closed. The capping head has 4 stainless steel rollers and is equipped with a No-Cap No-Roll safety device, suitable for all types of closures, including Stelvin cap 30x60. Compatible with all standard bottle sizes from 25cl to 150cl. A magnetic friction head is available for pre-threaded plastic caps or twist-off caps. Production: approximately 600 B/H.
