LTE Cat.4 module optimized specifically for M2M and IoT applications Quectel EC25 is a series of LTE category 4 modules optimized specifically for M2M and IoT applications. Utilizing 3GPP Rel. 11 LTE technology, it offers downlink speeds of 150 Mbps and uplink speeds of 50 Mbps. Designed within a compact and unified form factor, the EC25 is compatible with the Quectel UMTS/HSPA+ UC20 module and the multi-mode LTE EC20/EC21 module, allowing for flexible migration between them in design and manufacturing. The EC25 includes 6 variants. This makes it backward compatible with existing EDGE and GSM/GPRS networks, ensuring it can connect even in remote areas lacking 4G or 3G coverage. The EC25 supports Qualcomm™® IZat Gen8C Lite location technology. The integrated GNSS greatly simplifies product design and provides faster, more accurate, and more reliable positioning. Feature enhancements: supports DFOTA*, eCall*, QuecLocator, and DTMF.
