The FeederPlus concept from STROTHMANN is now in use in eleven press lines worldwide. The system performs multiple overlapping movements during the transfer from one press stage to the next and can orient the formed parts in various directions using additional rotating axes. The FeederPlus is particularly suitable for press lines in the mid-price and speed segment. For retrofitting large-area vacuum presses, STROTHMANN developed the CompactTransfer. This compact, electronically controlled transfer allows for stroke rates of up to 16 strokes/min. In 2016, the sixth system was successfully installed in Mexico. The foundations created with the CompactTransfer are also utilized in the HighSpeedTransfer, which is applied in new tandem press lines and retrofit projects.
