Rubber-metal buffers are used in many industries. They are employed to absorb vibrations, reduce shocks and accelerations, or diminish structural noise. We manufacture rubber-metal buffers in cylindrical form using proprietary tools in various dimensions. A data sheet with measurement tables can be found here. As standard materials, we offer natural rubber with 45, 55, and 70° Shore A or NBR 60° Shore A in black. In addition to the cylindrical design, conical, convex, tapered, or parabolic shapes can also be provided. Other material qualities are also possible, although the component dimensions may slightly vary due to different shrinkage behavior.
