LSR Molding - Manufacturing of LSR Injection Molding Tools

We design, produce, and test tools for the manufacturing of liquid silicone molded parts of all kinds for you. The CAD design is carried out in our design department using SolidWorks®. Production is done with fully automated machine tools, direct injection with cold runner technology, short cycle times, and as burr-free and waste-free as possible. In our technical center, we sample your tool until it is ready for series production. You will receive only mature, production-ready LSR injection molding tools from us. All processes leading to the series production of your tool are always executed in-house, adhering to the strictest tolerances, according to DIN ISO 9001:2008. From idea to series.
