BIG BAG Filling Station - Semi-automatic Big Bag Filling Station with net or gross weighing system

The semi-automatic Big Bag filling station allows for the filling of Big Bags (FIBC) with one, two, or four loops and Octabins with a filling weight ranging from 500 kg to 1500 kg. With a capacity of 150 Big Bags per hour, our Big Bag filling station is among the fastest in the world. Its extremely stable construction and high reliability further distinguish the Big Bag filling station. There are two versions of the Big Bag filling station – one with gross weighing and one with net weighing. The difference between the two weighing options is that in gross weighing, the product in the bag is weighed during filling, while in net weighing, it is weighed in a weighing container before filling. The advantage of net weighing is that the Big Bags can be filled at a higher speed. The highest weighing accuracy is achieved in both variants.
