Semi-Automatic Heavy-Duty Pin Driver - Installation Devices for Pins

SPIROL's Model CR semi-automatic heavy-duty pin insertion machine is a robust, vertical pin insertion machine, ideally suited for medium to high production volumes for applications requiring up to 8kN (1,800 lbs) of insertion force. A retractable pin alignment head, mounted on a shaft/linear bearing, moves up and down to facilitate the loading and unloading of the components to be assembled. The insertion of the pins occurs close to the component for easy and hassle-free installation. The alignment head brings the pin from the feed position to the installation position and simultaneously acts as a selector, preventing longer or shorter pins from being installed. A two-position flap allows for easy emptying of the feed tube.
