Elongated and stylized piece, made from fine cane. It presents a dark pink-magenta color, an intense flavor, an extraordinary aroma, with various infiltrations of marbled fat, smooth and shiny. Our hams are characterized by being sweet (very lightly salted), which gives them a delicate flavor and a curing process of three montaneras. Processing Method: Hot cutting, cooling, V-cut, salting, natural drying, and resting in the cellar. Average weight: 8-8.5 Kg Distribution and transportation conditions: At room temperature, there are no restrictions. If vacuum-packed at a temperature below 5ºC.
