Semi-rigid ceiling layers

A semi-rigid surface layer is a composite of the two most important road construction materials: concrete and asphalt. In this case, an asphalt core structure with a void content of <25 vol. % is filled with a mortar matrix. The most effective advantages of semi-rigid surface layers are: - short construction time - seamless production - high stability By using a special mortar, it is possible to create surface seals in accordance with WHG regulations, ensuring resistance to various media. Our company is a specialist according to the Water Resources Act WHG § 19I. Therefore, we are authorized to produce sealing surfaces made of asphalt and semi-rigid surface layers. There is a monitoring contract in place with TÜV Süd.
