They are therefore proven and widely established machine elements that often replace the well-known layered disc spring columns. The uninterrupted fiber orientation of the raw material increases the lifespan and reduces the risk of breakage of the springs under the brand "SCHRAUBENTELLERFEDER®". In principle, the characteristic curve of any disc spring column can be realized with a spring from the brand "SCHRAUBENTELLERFEDER®". The force increase is proportional to the spring travel, as only bending stress occurs in the spring band steel.
