With the mobile mixing system MD-102-Pro, you can continuously adjust the mixing ratio via the control display and save it in 100 dosing programs. The integrated pot life monitoring warns against the curing of the casting compound in the mixing chamber area. The archiving feature helps you document and secure dosing processes. Optional volume measurement cells monitor the mixing ratio and adjust it in case of deviations during the pouring process. With this mixing system, you can pour and apply silicone, silicone foam, epoxy resin, polyester resin, polyurethane, PUR foam, adhesives, or other 2-component applications. An extension with, for example, a robot or a CNC portal can also be implemented at a later date.
