PEVOTHAN® Conveyor Rollers with Deep Groove Ball Bearings Roller bodies made of high-quality thermoplastic polyurethane (96° Shore A) with encapsulated deep groove ball bearings (/5). Conveyor, Guide, and Ball Rollers Conveyor rollers and guide rollers with wheel coverings made of PEVOLON®, PEVOTHAN®, PEVOLASTIC®, and VULKOLLAN® have been part of our standard program for many years. We manufacture conveyor rollers in diameters ranging from 30 to 85 mm and with load capacities from 10 to 490 kg. The double-sealed ball bearings are encapsulated with PEVOLON® or PEVOTHAN®. The VULKOLLAN® guide rollers, which are frequently used in conveyor technology and have steel roller bodies, are produced in diameters from 40 to 150 mm and load capacities from 55 to 1,030 kg. In addition, we offer ball rollers in various designs with load capacities ranging from 10 to 4,000 kg, as well as metal and plastic rollers for roller tracks.
