Clamp Caps SW

The SW clamping cap has been our reliable all-rounder for over 50 years, protecting hexagon screw heads and nuts. APPLICATION For hexagon screw heads according to ISO 4014/4017, DIN 7990, ASME B18.2.1 and hexagon nuts according to ISO 4032/4034, ASME B18.2.2 with washers according to ISO 7089/7090, DIN 7989, DIN 6917/6918. For HV assemblies according to EN 14399-4. Special types for hexagon screws/nuts with flange are also available. SECURE HOLD The SW clamping cap features a continuous clamping edge. This grips under the chamfer of the nut, ensuring a firm connection. LONG LASTING We always use high-quality and recyclable materials for our clamping caps. The choice of materials and the round cross-section of the cap prevent bursting during assembly and in use. We standardly supply in black, which guarantees the UV stability of the cap and prevents premature damage and fading.
