Pressed PTFE Hollow Rods

Through specialized pressing and sintering technologies, PTFE hollow rods can be produced. The semi-finished products are manufactured with corresponding dimensions. These dimensions are set in such a way that minimal waste is generated during machining, while also ensuring that the final part contour can be produced without issues. PTFE CC GmbH has a finely graduated tool park to achieve an optimal ratio between semi-finished and finished part dimensions. Due to material-related differences in shrinkage (there are significant differences between pure PTFE, modified PTFE, and PTFE compounds), the dimensions of the semi-finished products can vary slightly even with the same tool dimensions. For this reason, we do not work with semi-finished product lists, but instead adjust the semi-finished product dimensions to your finished part dimensions.
