Measuring principle:
The test specimen is rotated axially using a drive belt and probed with measuring probes (roundness measurement)
The software calculates the commutator characteristics (including lamella jump) from the roundness measurement data
The test specimen is placed in a separate roughness measuring device and the surface is scanned
(Correlation of roughness measurement to commutator measurement)

Measurement results displayed clearly as graphics with color change
Quick change of test specimens by swinging out the measuring carriage
Easy setup of fixtures, stops, and measuring probes, changeover devices for different test specimens
