Pressure Change Test Stands | Pressure Cycle Test Stands | Burst and Impulse Testing - R&D Pressure Pulsation Test Stand for H2 Components
The system is a standalone unit. It consists of a robust welded frame, media preparation, hydraulic unit, and electrical engineering. Additionally, there is a solid test chamber for burst pressure and hydrostatic pressure tests, and optionally a climate chamber for pressure tests with environmental simulation.
Depending on the chosen option, pressure change tests can generate up to 2,000 bar and 10 Hz. With the test circuit for hydrostatic and burst pressure tests, pressure ramps of up to 3,000 bar can be produced.
