With the new HiPace 300 H and HiPace 700 H, Pfeiffer Vacuum presents the currently most powerful turbo pumps in terms of compression. With a compression ratio of ?10? for hydrogen, they are ideally suited for generating high and ultra-high vacuum. The high compression ratio results in a low residual gas spectrum in the chamber, which is desirable for applications such as mass spectrometry.
