The contour cutter is a TwinCut machine that can contour-cut foams with either a rotary or oscillating knife. The rotary knife allows for the efficient production of large quantities at high speeds (up to 40 m/min). The oscillating knife enables highly precise cutting of technical items with particularly tight tolerances. The cutting knives can rotate in both directions up to 360°, allowing for the cutting of any three-dimensional contours in combination with the fully automatic rotating table. A modern software solution ensures maximum material efficiency.
