Gas-cooled or water-cooled welding head for orbital welding - Orbitec - Our new generation of 3 gas-cooled welding heads in the range of DA 6 – 114.3 mm / 0.250" – 4.500" has been technically optimized and features a new design. Special construction features and material selection allow for high thermal resistance, even without water cooling. The heads are now slimmer and come with a quick-clamping system for the clamping jaws.
Additionally, our new generation of 3 OSK SW welding heads is even slimmer, technically optimized, and features a new design. For very high thermal loads, we also offer the gas-cooled welding heads of the S series in water-cooled SW version. The water cooling circuit covers the area of the lower clamping jaw housing.
