NUTECH GmbH possesses special expertise and versatile experience in the manufacturing of laser optics for the internal processing of tubes, known as ID optics. These optical tools are produced for all conventional laser types such as CO2, Nd:YAG, high-performance diode, and fiber laser sources up to 8kW. Depending on the beam quality of the laser source, tubes with an inner diameter starting from 50 mm can be processed to a immersion depth of 2000 mm. These optics are standardly equipped with: pyrometers, cameras, adjustment devices, as well as process heads for coating or hardening. Protective gas and powder nozzles are customized according to customer specifications.
