Polyethylene PEUHMW (high molecular weight PE). Slide rails for roller chains according to DIN ISO 606. They support and guide the roller chains of the slack strand, thereby ensuring a longer lifespan as they significantly reduce wear on the roller chains. They help to reduce vibrations and noise from chain drives. The slide rails offer high resistance to abrasion and wear. They require no maintenance, are resistant to acids, and have high chemical resistance. Additional C-profiles are used for attachment to a subassembly and protect the slide rails against radial and torsional forces. The slide rails are inserted into the C-profiles fixed to the installation. The slide rails must be mounted in such a way that the material can expand.
