Extract available in organic and conventional quality. Pure extract, standardized to 30% polysaccharides. The extraction of polysaccharides from the chitin shell of the mushroom is done using hot water. Compared to the powder, the extract has about a 10-fold concentration of polysaccharides. Our powders are obtained from the gently dried fruiting body of the mushroom through fine grinding. A quality feature is the particle size of < 0.125 mm. All raw materials are tested for 250 parameters and aromatic hydrocarbons. The corresponding laboratory analyses and certificates are provided with each batch.
