When classic galvanic zinc coating is no longer sufficient for corrosion protection, zinc/nickel alloy is used.
The high resistance protects against extreme stresses (e.g., high temperatures, climatic influences, road salt, etc.) and is primarily used in the automotive sector.
The nickel content is between 12 to 15 percent.
