After cleaning, new coils are manufactured according to the specifications of the identified original winding and inserted. We only use high-quality Grade 2 overcoat copper enamel wire or profile copper enamel wire. To ensure mechanical strength and provide moisture protection, the winding undergoes a dipping lacquer impregnation in the next step, which is then dried in an oven. At the end of this manufacturing process, the created winding is tested according to VDE guidelines.
