Electrical Discharge Machining - Auxiliary Technologies

Electrical discharge machining (EDM) and wire electrical discharge machining (WEDM) enable the processing of precision components that are difficult to machine and have complex shapes, where access for conventional cutting tools is limited. The electrical discharge machining process is also used in our facility for the regeneration of tools and the creation of injection molds, dies, and gears. Various technological methods are employed in the processing of metal products. Electrical discharge machining is an erosive process that, through electrical discharges, allows for the shaping of metals into various forms, often unattainable through traditional machining methods. Electrical discharge machining and wire electrical discharge machining are services that Marxam Project encourages collaboration on in the field of subtractive machining.
