ORIGIN Red Wine Bordeaux Supérieur The second wine of Château Guillaume Blanc, Château Prieuré Guillaume comes from a carefully selected single plot of 15 hectares, where Cabernet Sauvignon is planted in the gravelly part and Merlot in the clay-limestone area. This allows the grapes to express all their characteristics. This Bordeaux, certified for sustainable agriculture and Haute Valeur Environnementale (level 3), has received meticulous attention from the vineyard to the cellar. The aim here is to achieve a greedy and light character in the vinification and aging.
