It prevents splashes from adhering to nozzles, tips, and parts of the robot, significantly extending the lifespan of the nozzles. Allows for quick changing and cleaning of nozzles. Painting, galvanizing, and varnishing of parts is possible. A preliminary test is recommended. Very low consumption for high efficiency. Water-based and odorless. No influence on porosity and cold cracking. No influence from the diffusible hydrogen content in molten metal. Soluble and silicone-free. Biodegradable. Allows for lacquering of parts.
