It is easy to use and accurately measures both DC and AC fields, as well as peak values in impulse fields. To accommodate every measurement task, the device features various measurement ranges and units such as A/cm, Gauss/Oersted, and (Milli)Tesla. You can obtain the practical magnetic field testing device as a handheld unit with either an axial (MP-800A) or tangential probe (MP-800T). The axial field probe measures the field in the direction of the probe axis at an exact distance of 2.0 mm. It is suitable for measurements on surfaces or in boreholes. The tangential field probe measures perpendicular to the probe axis. Optimal application areas include air gaps, cavities, and the surfaces of workpieces for crack testing.
