Fall Protection Safety Nets

According to standard EN 1263-1, safety nets must be suspended as close as possible below the work area. The fall height (the distance between the workplace and the point of impact in the net) must not exceed 3.00m in the area within 2.00m of the edges of the net. Elsewhere, the fall height must not exceed 6.00m. Safety nets must be secured at least every 2.50m to load-bearing elements of the structure. Each anchor point must be able to support a load of at least 6kN. The nets are generally attached using securing ropes.
