CR series line conditioners at 2000 kVA

The electronic line conditioners of the CR series offer professionals a high level of reliability, thanks both to the professional-grade components used and to the rigorous production control procedures. The CR line conditioners are referred to as "electronic" products because the entire regulation and control system contains only electronic components. Our line conditioners utilize the principle of series transformers to gradually and quickly increase or decrease the input voltage through the series secondary winding of a transformer powered by power triacs and controlled by a high-speed microprocessor electronic board. The principle of alternating current stabilization is to add or subtract from the grid voltage a voltage of the same frequency and in phase or out of phase (180°), always taken from the grid, in order to achieve the desired output voltage. The supply voltage of the series transformer is provided by power triacs, controlled by an electronic board that constantly checks the output voltage value, anticipating the need to supply the series transformer until the nominal voltage is achieved. So far, CR line conditioners have been installed in several African countries, such as Nigeria and Angola, to stabilize the voltage coming from power plants that are very far from the cities or villages that use this energy.
