Laser Cutting of Thin Films

We process sheets and thin films starting from a thickness of 0.01 mm upwards. Depending on the component size, maximum sheet thicknesses between 2.0 and approximately 4.0 mm are possible. Advantages include contactless processing, constant precision in the micrometer range, reproducibility, no tool wear, low to no burr edges, and quick realization for prototypes, custom parts, as well as small to large series. Defined plastics such as acrylic glass can also be laser cut and engraved. The laser beam leaves a perfectly polished cutting edge.
