We would provide complete equipment (paella for 10 servings, gas burner, knives, cutting boards, spatulas for stirring, spatulas for serving, kitchen towels, utensils for cutting, tasting the broth, and cooking) along with all the ingredients (meat, fish, vegetables, oil, salt, saffron, water... everything) so that groups of 10/12/14 people could start making paellas under the guidance of a paella chef who would explain all the steps to follow in order to prepare the recipe for an authentic Valencian paella or different varieties.
We would bring all the ingredients, machinery, stoves, butane, single-use cooking utensils, support tables, etc., and handle all the setup and takedown required for making both Valencian paella and any other types (vegetable, black rice, fish, etc.). This way, they would interact with each other, tasting all the different paellas made.
