Mechanical Vulcanizing Press

The vulcanizing press with mechanical pressure application is particularly suitable for smaller widths up to 1,400 mm, but can of course also be used for larger widths. The surface pressure is generated using pressure spindles with a torque wrench. The pressure crossbeams are made of very high-quality aluminum, which provides them with a very high tensile and bending strength. They are secured with special anchor bolts. The heating plates are also made of high-quality aluminum. They are heated by flat tube heating elements and reach 140 °C in about 20 minutes. For accelerated cooling, we offer a compressed air or water cooling system. With the integrated water cooling system, the heating plates can be cooled down to 80 °C within 10–15 minutes.
