One of our core competencies is the production of hot press tools used for manufacturing fiber-reinforced plastic parts made from GFRP and CFRP, such as interior panels for aircraft cabins, exterior panels for commercial vehicles, and underbody panels for passenger cars. Another focus is the creation of forming/punching tools for thin-walled shielding plates made of aluminum and stainless steel. Precision tools with a cutting gap of only 0.02 mm ensure an optimal cutting profile. By manufacturing hot sealing tools for sealing shielding plates onto the corresponding plastic parts, we provide our customers with the entire range of production equipment—from forming/punching to the hot sealing process—all from a single source.
