The small flow meters and monitors of the KDF-9 and KDG-9 types for liquids and air operate based on the principle of a float.
The installation position is vertical, and the flow direction is from bottom to top. The devices are designed as simple and therefore cost-effective measuring systems.
The float is a sphere, with the reading edge being the top edge of the sphere. A needle valve is standardly integrated.
