Universal Wet Grinding Machine USK 160 S

The USK 160 S is a versatile knife sharpening machine designed for butcheries, slaughterhouses, cutting operations, sharpening services, etc. With this machine, a wide variety of cutting tools such as butcher knives, boning knives, chef's knives, or table knives can be sharpened. When used in conjunction with the HV 150, the machine is specifically designed for resharpening hand knives. The cutting tools achieve fine surfaces on the wet grinding belt. The profiled rubber contact wheel provides just the right grinding resistance on the knife. A coolant pump supplies the individual grinding stations with water. The edges cannot overheat during sharpening. The coolant binds the grinding debris, preventing the grinding dust from entering the environment. This protects the operator's respiratory system. For cleaning, the machine can simply be rinsed off.
