Metal Hand Shears

The KIBLER-UNIVERSAL metal shears are available in two versions (I & II). The differences lie in cutting performance, size, and weight. The three available blade qualities can be used in both shear sizes, are easy to change, and can be resharpened. Cutting performances, dimensions, and weights of both versions can be found in the data sheet under Downloads. Normal blades cut: unalloyed iron materials, construction steel, leather, non-ferrous metals, sealing materials, plastics. Special blades cut: high-strength materials, such as composite materials with textile or metal reinforcements, steel cables, stainless steels. Extra blades cut: materials with even higher strengths and for special applications such as in Steel-Belt Service. When cutting higher strength materials, higher operating forces may need to be applied. The shears are designed for these higher operating forces.
