Fat Melter
The KASAG fat melters are compact installations designed to melt blocks of fat into palm kernel oil, palm oil, coconut oil, and concentrated butter. In the collector, the resulting liquid is maintained at the desired temperature for the corresponding production process. The size and dimensions are defined by KASAG based on customer requirements.
Fat/Oil Station
The KASAG fat/oil station is an extension of the fat melter and is used to add ingredients to the liquid fat.
The installations are arranged on a base frame equipped with adjustable feet. All components are installed ready for connection. Hot water treatment and regulation are carried out using a temperature maintenance device or by connecting to an existing hot water network.
