The universal system with switch disc module The universal inductive vertical hardening system with switch disc module is designed for hardening and tempering a wide variety of workpieces. It includes, in addition to state-of-the-art inverter technology based on transistors, up to two heating stations, a control unit, and a cooling system for both the energy part and the quenching medium. All components are mounted on a base console, which limits on-site assembly to connecting power, water, and compressed air. Options such as the manual cross slide or the X and Y horizontal axes equipped with servo drives offer maximum flexibility in terms of process management and user comfort.
