This Porcini-flavored oil is made from our cold-pressed sunflower seeds, to which we simply add a natural Porcini aroma created by our partner in Grasse (06). Thanks to its cold pressing, our sunflower oil is an excellent base for creating our flavored oils as it is a natural source of Omega 9 and Vitamin E (natural antioxidant). Vitamin E acts as a natural preservative, ensuring a stable and balanced oil without chemical additives. We recommend using this oil cold as a dressing or at the end of cooking. It can be used directly in cooking, but this would alter its nutrients and flavors.
