Shut-off dampers are used to block or close air flows. These shut-off dampers are employed for the isolation of air streams. They are designed to close airtight according to DIN 1946-Part 4. Additionally, the wear-resistant shaft bearing is also designed to be airtight. The shut-off dampers TYPE AK-E-LD (rectangular) are available in rectangular or square designs in sizes ranging from 100 x 100 mm to 2000 x 2000 mm, and are typically supplied with flanges on both sides. The damper adjustment can be done electrically, pneumatically, or manually. Available in standard materials such as PPs and PVC, with special materials available upon request.
