Spindles and Nuts by Haydon Kerk

The spindles are precision-rolled by Haydon using an exclusive process from 303 stainless steel, with an outer diameter ranging from 2 to 24 mm. Other materials are available upon request. KERK® LEAD SCREWS are available with diameters between 2 and 24 mm and pitches ranging from 0.30 to 92 mm, with both metric and imperial pitches, as well as right-hand and left-hand threads. Custom sizes and pitches can be ordered separately. The bidirectional repeatability (with Kerk's play-free nut) is 1.25 µm, and the standard pitch accuracy is < 0.6 µm/mm.
