Positioning system with IP 68 protection rating against prolonged immersion in water The PSW 31x-8 positioning systems are compact and intelligent solutions for the automatic adjustment of auxiliary axes made of stainless steel with a hygienic design. The absolute position measurement system saves time by eliminating the need for a reference run. By measuring the position directly on the output shaft, high positioning accuracy is ensured. The galvanic separation of the power supply voltages for the control unit and the power unit allows for easy implementation of an emergency stop function, without interrupting communication with the control unit. Two bus connections are available for the loop-through of the bus signal.
