The Gronemeyer-Wendel continuous system cools, ferments, or tempers bulk and piece goods. The products are transported on a plastic mat conveyor chain. The chain spirals around one or two rotating towers. The design of the machine allows for the treatment of unpackaged food products. The outlet temperature of the products can be adjusted by modifying the residence time and the temperature in the chamber. In addition to temperature treatment, height differences of up to 5 meters can be overcome simultaneously.
